With a foundation in Swedish massage, I integrate several types of other modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial techniques in order to create the massage that will offer the most benefits for the client's needs. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved circulation, better sleep, and greater flexibility.
There are so many options and interpretations of yoga available in our modern western world, I offer an alignment based approach to the physical components of yoga and a traditional but accessible approach to yoga philosophy. My classes are fun and upbeat with components of meditation and body awareness and I hold a high regard for communication and every body's comfort level during their learning process. I love learning on my own as well as in a group and not taking life and yoga too seriously! Yoga can be liberating and transformative when approached with fun, love, and with people we are comfortable and at ease with.
